Which currencies and network can I use?+
Send USDT using TRON (TRC20) and receive native TRX on TRON. This service supports only USDT → TRX. Always check the network and receiving address before sending.
How does the welcome bonus work?+

Is the rate fixed? Are there any fees?+
The quote refreshes before review and is valid for three minutes. After you create the exchange, the rate is fixed for the 15-minute payment window. The exchange fee is 0%. Your wallet or sending platform charges any USDT transfer fee separately: the full quoted USDT amount must reach the payment address.
What happens after I pay?+
Click “I have paid” before the deadline. An administrator manually verifies the incoming USDT and sends your TRX. Payment verification is not automatic, and the 15-minute window is a payment deadline, not a guarantee of payout time. Keep this page available to follow the status.
What if my order expires or payment is not found?+
Do not send money to an expired or cancelled order. If you already paid, contact support in Telegram with the exchange number and USDT transaction hash. Do not pay again. If you have not paid, simply create a new exchange.
